This illustration is for the current issue of Bulletin, a monthly magazine for the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. It was fantastic working with Carrie from Redactive on this and very refreshing to be able to come up with ideas on such challenging subject matter.
The article discusses therapy plans to help in coping with dementia (particularly a variant called primary progressive aphasia - PPA - which mainly affects speech). This illustration focuses on the home exercise method for developing specific vocabulary, which involves tape recording.
